In this project for Amino, I created a proposal for a think tank to expand the adoption of Grail’s early cancer detection technology among employers, one of their portfolio companies. The proposal outlines strategies for market penetration, collaboration, and policy advocacy to drive the integration of Grail’s technology into healthcare systems. By creating an implementation timeline, key performance indicators, and a risk assessment, I aimed to advance early cancer detection and improve healthcare outcomes through broader acceptance and coverage.
